Customer Service Representative, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
* Make outbound calls to customers when required.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
* Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
* Follow call center scripts and procedures.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
