Credit Analytics Officer, Taguig

Location: Arca South, Taguig, Metro Manila

Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: PHP 40,000 50,000 + Allowances

We are looking for a skilled and driven Credit Analytics Officer to join the Credit Risk & Analytics team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in credit risk analytics, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making within the BFSI industry.

This role will focus on credit risk model development, portfolio analytics, and strategy support across the customer lifecycle.

• Support the development and enhancement of credit risk models
• Perform end-to-end model lifecycle activities including data preparation, EDA, feature engineering, validation, and monitoring
• Translate analytics into actionable credit strategies such as cut-offs, segmentation, and limit setting
• Conduct portfolio analytics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Support analytics initiatives for Acquisition, Marketing, Behavioral, and Collections strategies
• Develop and maintain analytical datasets using Python, R, SAS, or SQL
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
• Collaborate with Credit Operations, IT, and external partners for implementation and validation

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 27 years of analytics experience within BFSI or Credit Risk
• Experience in credit risk model development and validation
• Knowledge of PD models required; LGD/EAD exposure is an advantage
• Experience in portfolio analytics and risk strategy development
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, and SQL is an advantage

• Rice Allowance: PHP 1,500/month
• Transportation Allowance: PHP 150/day
