Online Brand Manager, Taguig

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Online Brand Manager to lead and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, producing engaging content, and capturing in-person events to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and branding within a fast-paced online environment.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
• Cover and photograph in-person events, activations, and promotional activities
• Produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos, reels, short-form content)
• Develop and execute brand campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and user acquisition
• Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, KOL, and creative teams for campaign execution
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline channels
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
• Ensure all content complies with platform policies and local regulations

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field
• At least 35 years of experience in social media, branding, or digital marketing
• Experience in online casino, sports betting, or high-traffic digital industries is a strong advantage
• Strong skills in content creation, photography, and basic video editing
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience working with influencers / KOLs
• Background in event coverage and live content creation
• Understanding of player behavior and online gaming audience
• Ability to handle fast-paced and performance-driven environments
