We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Senior Manager with a strong hospitality background to lead and oversee overall F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality management, with the ability to drive operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily F&B operations across outlets and services

Ensure high standards in food quality, customer service, hygiene, and operational efficiency

Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

Manage budgets, inventory, cost control, and overall business performance

Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals

Work closely with chefs, operations, and management teams for smooth execution

Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners

Ensure compliance with hospitality and company standards

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

810 years of Food & Beverage experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality groups

Proven leadership experience managing large-scale F&B operations

Strong operations, financial, and people management skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Experience in luxury hospitality or multinational environments is an advantage
