Finance Staff (Cashier), Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

Process payment transactions and monthly salary disbursements promptly and accurately in accordance with approved procedures, and upload payment receipts.

Reconcile bank deposit balances daily to ensure consistency between the company's book balance and bank balance; maintain the bank journal and petty cash journal, ensuring daily and monthly reconciliation.

Safeguard important assets such as bank USB tokens, cash, and checks to ensure fund security and integrity.

Download bank statements and transaction records for accounting staff to perform bookkeeping.

Prepare weekly and monthly bank reports, providing timely updates on fund inflows and outflows.

Liaise with banks on relevant matters, assist in handling various finance-related transactions with banks, and provide timely feedback on results.

Perform ad hoc bank information maintenance and certificate of creditworthiness issuance as needed.

Carry out other temporary tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (full-time program).

At least 2 years of cashier experience overseas, with solid knowledge of overseas bank settlement procedures, particularly financial policies in the Philippines.

Fluent in English with strong external communication skills.

Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
