Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program or recently graduated.
2. Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
3. Basic understanding of HR concepts
4. Familiarity with basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
7. Openness to receive feedback and make improvements.
8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Filing and organizing 210 Files.
2. Assisting with recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews.
3. Sourcing qualified candidates and conducting initial interviews
4. Assiting in Payroll and Compensation/Benefits
4. Providing general administrative support.
5. Maintaining confidentiality.
6. Contributing ideas for process improvement.
7. Supporting HR staff with various tasks as needed.
Note: with Allowance: 100pesos/day
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
