Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Administrative Executive Assistant who will support senior leaders in managing their day-to-day operations, schedules, and strategic priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders, oversee special projects, and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
You will serve as a key point of contact for executives, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, tasks, and confidential matters while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and executive schedules across multiple time zones
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and critical business activities
- Support execution of special projects and operational initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and documents
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office
- Communicate professionally with global stakeholders across regions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative support roles
- At least 3 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Strong experience handling senior executives or leadership teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (onsite + WFH)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, North America)
- Strong background in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments
