Advertising Manager, Taguig

We are seeking a results-driven Advertising Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns for our online gaming platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of online gaming audiences, digital channels, and performance analytics.

• Develop and implement effective advertising strategies across digital platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, and display networks)
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad materials
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising opportunities
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Build partnerships with ad networks, affiliates, and influencers
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and local regulations

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising or a similar role (experience in online gaming or entertainment is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of online gaming trends and audience behavior is an advantage
