Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
  • Facilitate onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll coordination
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist in employee relations concerns and basic disciplinary processes
  • Support training, engagement activities, and company events
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • At least 2 years of HR experience (internship experience may be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Willing to work in an in-house / office-based setup
