Project Coordinator, Taguig

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR).
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action points.
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.

Operations & Retail Support

• Support new store openings, renovations, and promotional rollouts.
• Coordinate logistics for in-store campaigns and product launches.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners when needed.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to management.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain organized project documentation and trackers.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor budgets and assist in cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the point of contact between departments for assigned projects.
• Facilitate smooth information flow across teams.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving minor operational and coordination issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• At least 12 years of experience in project coordination, retail operations, merchandising support, or similar roles.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Wiling to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
