Description

Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Manage staff schedules and ensure effective communication among the team.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for supply orders.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field, preferably healthcare or business management.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a medical or aesthetic clinic.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities.
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in sales and marketing strategies within the aesthetic industry is a plus.
Working Conditions: This position may require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on patient needs.
