HR Supervisor - Employee Relations, Taguig

Oversees employee relations functions, ensuring a positive work environment, fair treatment, and proper implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise handling of employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Lead investigations and recommend appropriate actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Promote employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters
• Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of ER cases
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Mentor and guide HR team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 23 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and case handling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
