HR Supervisor Compensation and Benefits
Job Summary:
Leads and oversees the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration
- Oversee government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Lead salary benchmarking and compensation structure development
- Ensure internal equity and competitive pay practices
- Manage employee benefits programs (HMO, leaves, allowances)
- Review and approve compensation adjustments and incentives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Generate reports and provide insights to management
- Guide and mentor C&B team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of payroll and labor laws
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
