HR Supervisor - Compensation and Benefits, Taguig

Job Summary:

Leads and oversees the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration
• Oversee government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Lead salary benchmarking and compensation structure development
• Ensure internal equity and competitive pay practices
• Manage employee benefits programs (HMO, leaves, allowances)
• Review and approve compensation adjustments and incentives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Generate reports and provide insights to management
• Guide and mentor C&B team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll and labor laws
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
