HR Employee Relations Specialist


Job Summary:

Responsible for fostering a positive work environment by handling employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions
  • Promote a positive and healthy workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases
  • Conduct employee counseling and provide guidance when needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • With or without experience (Employee Relations experience is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
