  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goal.


Job Requirements
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any related course
  • POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
  • Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
