Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in HRM or any related field.
POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve targeted profitability.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
