Building Administrator (Property Manager), Taguig

As the Building Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and the comfort of our employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing:

1. Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
2. Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
4. Handle administrative tasks such as managing building access, room bookings, and inventory control
5. Respond to and resolve any issues or inquiries from building occupants in a timely and professional manner
6. Collaborate with the Facilities team to develop and implement strategies for improving building efficiency and sustainability
7. Provide regular reports on the building's performance and maintenance activities

What we're looking for:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Building Administrator/Property Manager or in a similar property management role; Experience with office buildings is a advantage
2. Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and compliance requirements
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
4. Proficient in using building management software and other relevant technologies
5. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
7. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
