Accounting Specialist, Taguig

Working Days: Mon-Fri.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course;
• 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related work is an advantage;
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable/Receivable is a plus;
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reporting);
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Organized and able to meet deadlines;
• Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Job Duties:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and close processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide assistance with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
