Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in delivering Administrative relevant requirements of the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Compensation & Benefits
- Prepares bi-monthly payroll, including adjustments, deductions, and commissions (MyHR)
- Uploads payroll entries in Epicor before month-end
- Ensures timely statutory remittances (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Validates time records and invoices of agency personnel
- Manages employee benefits enrollment, updates, and offboarding
- Submits payroll and overtime reports with variance analysis
- Assists in policy development and supports HR functions as needed
Administration
- Maintains and secures corporate documents
- Implements cost-efficient administrative controls (supplies, fleet, utilities, maintenance)
- Oversees asset disposal and contract renewals
- Assists in process and policy development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 3 years' experience with same job responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
- With Good Communication Skills
