Leads, plans and implements efficient processes in delivering Administrative relevant requirements of the company.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Compensation & Benefits

  • Prepares bi-monthly payroll, including adjustments, deductions, and commissions (MyHR)
  • Uploads payroll entries in Epicor before month-end
  • Ensures timely statutory remittances (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
  • Validates time records and invoices of agency personnel
  • Manages employee benefits enrollment, updates, and offboarding
  • Submits payroll and overtime reports with variance analysis
  • Assists in policy development and supports HR functions as needed


Administration

  • Maintains and secures corporate documents
  • Implements cost-efficient administrative controls (supplies, fleet, utilities, maintenance)
  • Oversees asset disposal and contract renewals
  • Assists in process and policy development


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 3 years' experience with same job responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
  • With Good Communication Skills
