Description

Job Title: HR Generalist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Administer employee records and maintain HR databases
  • Support performance management and employee development programs
  • Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping
  • Organize training sessions and company activities
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling end-to-end HR processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems
  • HR certification is an advantage
