Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Specialist who is passionate about people and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in employee relations, performance management, and ensuring that our HR policies align with our mission of fostering a healthy and vibrant workplace. with DOLE Background Policies and Procedures.

Reports directly to the HR Manager/HR Team, handling key responsibilities & trusted assignments

Key responsibilities & trusted assignments, including functions that support leadership and supervisory aspects as needed.


JOB SCOPE:

        Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.

        Ensure that all employee documents are collected and filed appropriately.

        Analyze job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications.

        Update and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

        Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner.

        Actively involved in conceptualizing retention schemes, events, and other HR initiatives.

        Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

        Provide Guidance to employees and supervisors/managers on HR policies, processes, and procedures.

        Process disciplinary actions such as releasing of NTEs, NODs, Return to work notices & other similar documents.

        Gathers data to be used for Investigations of the case.

        Coordinates with other departments for documents/information needed by the legal counsel and / or 3rd party consultant.

        Collaborates with the legal counsel and 3rd party consultants for best practices and strategies in case analysis and mediation procedures.

        Conducts admin hearings for internal cases.

        Attends mediation procedures and/or hearings on both labor and criminal cases.

        Handle employee grievances and disciplinary action in collaboration with Legal Counsel

        Assist with other various HR responsibilities.

        Monitor the Performance Evaluation of all employees.


JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • With a total years at least 2 to 5 years, solid experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig City
  • Can start ASAP.
