Administrative Specialist/Assistant, Taguig

Company: Infinity Growth Evolution (IG Evolution) Location:  CTBC Bank - BGC- Fort Legends, Taguig City (Near St. Lukes Medical Center).

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of multi-tasking to ensure office efficiency.

• Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems (201/202 files).
• Office Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and document distribution.
• Communication: Handle internal and external correspondence (emails/memos) with professionalism.
• Asset Management: Assist in tracking company assets and office supplies.
• HR Support: Work closely with the HR team for onboarding logistics, biometrics registration, and contract preparation.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and communication tools (Lark/Slack/Zoom).
• Soft Skills: Strong focus and concentration; ability to adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
• Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
