Design and Estimate Head Mechanical, Taguig

Qualifications:

• BS Mechanical Engineering Graduates
• License Mechanical Engineer
• Computer Literate and good Communication Skills
• Knowledge in using Planswift and Autocad
• Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Design and Estimate of Mechanical System, Plumbing and Fire Protection System.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Cost Estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations

and proposals

B. Bid and Tender Management

• Leads the preparation and submission of bids for new projects
• Review all the tender documents and identifying potential risk

C. Vendor and Subcontractor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and subcontractors

D. Project Collaboration

• Works in close collaboration with project managers, engineers and clients
• Provide crucial cost advice during the design and planning phases, helping to ensure that projects are designed within budget without compromising on quality or functionality

E. Market and Data Analysis

• Staying informed of current market trends, material costs and labor rates is essential.

*Work Location: Various Projects

*Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00AM To 4:00PM, willing to overtime as well.
