The Field Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by visiting assigned territories, building strong client relationships, and promoting the companys products. This role involves active fieldwork, lead generation, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.



Responsibilities
  • Conduct fieldwork to identify and approach potential customers
  • Promote and sell company products/services to clients
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
  • Assist clients with order processing and required documentation
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in assigned areas
  • Submit daily sales reports and updates to the supervisor


Job Requirements
  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level
  • With experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Must have a Motorcycle and have a valid Driver's License
