Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify customer documents in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and secure customer records
  • Respond to KYC-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Monitor compliance and report suspicious activities
  • Perform data entry and regular account audits


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service or KYC/AML role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer management systems
