Social Media specialist, Taguig

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Advertising Specialist with a strong command of Facebook Ads and cross-platform campaign management. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, monitoring, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok. You will also be expected to analyze ad performance data using third-party attribution platforms such as Adjust or Appsflyer, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve ad strategies and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Develop and execute innovative ad strategies tailored to specific campaign goals, target audiences, and platform requirements.
• Continuously monitor ad performance across platforms, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and test high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, copy).
• Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
• Leverage third-party attribution tools such as Adjust or Appsflyer to track performance, understand user behavior, and assess channel effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across social media advertising platforms.
