- Find the Right Influencers - Identify, recruite, and manage KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals
- Track and Measure Performance - Coordinate KOL campaigns, deliverables, posting schedules, Monitor KOL performance and campaign results
- Negotiate Deals - Budgeting, Contracts & Influencers rates
- Build Relationships - Maintain good relationships with KOLs and agencies
- Brand alignment/Compliant - Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- With experience in influencer/KOL management
- Experience within FMCG and Health industry, for beauty / supplements is not a must but is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
