Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate company events, tournaments, launches, conventions, and promotional activities
Manage event timelines, budgets, schedules, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors, venues, sponsors, suppliers, and event partners
Assist in developing event marketing and promotional campaigns
Oversee event registrations, attendee communication, and guest management
Ensure smooth on-site event execution and troubleshoot operational issues
Work closely with marketing, production, and creative teams
Prepare post-event reports including attendance, feedback, and budget analysis
Maintain inventory of event materials, equipment, and merchandise

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in high-level corporate event planning or marketing strategy.

Clear, structured, and logical thinking with strong planning capability.

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and presentation material development.

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
