Accounting Assistant are expected to be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable tasks.
• Prepare checks and vouchers (Payable)
• Manage weekly and monthly accounting reports.
• Prepare and checks completeness of liquidations and cash advances.
• Procure office & warehouse supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance
• Accurately prepare tax returns and ensure that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Monitor and categorize company expenses, strictly adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Manage reimbursement, liquidation, and petty cash handling.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate bachelor's degree in accounting or other four-year degree with equivalent accounting experience
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in bank reconciliation and basic accounting is an advantage
• With knowledge in BIR invoicing requirements and VAT refund process is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Windows Application
• Very organized, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Must able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Can travel locally
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
