Job Summary:

The Admin Supervisor will be responsible for managing overall administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting business needs

across departments. This role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and experience in a fast-paced fintech or financial services

environment.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency of office processes
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment
  • Oversee vendor management (e.g., office supplies, maintenance, security, utilities)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Support business units with administrative requirements
  • Handle office budget monitoring and cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and logistics
  • Lead and guide the admin team, including performance monitoring
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 46 years of experience in administrative functions, with 12 years in a supervisory role
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or related industries
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in vendor management and facilities management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems


Preferred:

  • Experience supporting operations, sales, or collections teams
  • Background in fast-paced or startup environments is an advantage
