POSITION HIRING: Senior / Lead In-App Campaign Specialist (Bonus Expert)

Job Summary

The Senior / Lead In-App Campaign Specialist (Bonus Expert) will take ownership of the companys in-app campaign strategy and bonus ecosystem, driving player acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a highly experienced leader with deep expertise in sports betting / online gaming (PIGO), including advanced promotional mechanics such as parlays, same-game parlays, and sportsbook enhancement features, capable of delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of in-app campaigns and promotions Design and optimize advanced bonus systems (welcome, reload, cashback, VIP tiers, tournaments, free bets, etc.) Develop and execute parlay-focused campaigns, including:

Same-Game Parlay (SGP) promotions and boosts

Multi-leg accumulator incentives

Parlay insurance (refunds on near-miss outcomes)

Risk-free parlay bets

Boosted odds ladders for high-leg parlays

Parlay profit boosts and limited-time enhanced payouts Build sportsbook engagement campaigns around bet builders and parlay frequency optimization Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, and ROI to drive continuous improvements Develop segmentation strategies for VIPs, high-value players, and churn-risk users Own A/B testing frameworks and campaign optimization initiatives Collaborate with CRM, product, marketing, and risk teams Ensure profitability by balancing incentives, revenue, and bonus cost control Monitor competitor sportsbook mechanics and introduce innovative campaign features Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible marketing Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Player Retention (D7 / D30): +5% to +10% (D7), +3% to +8% (D30) GGR / NGR Uplift: +10% to +20% from campaign-driven initiatives Campaign ROI: 3:1 to 5:1 return on promotional spend Bonus Cost Efficiency: 15%25% of GGR FTD Conversion Rate: +10% to +20% improvement Reactivation Rate: 15%25% recovery of dormant users VIP Growth & Value: +10%15% increase in active VIP base Parlay Engagement Metrics:

Increase parlay adoption rate (single multi-leg conversion)

Increase average parlay legs per bet slip

Increase Same-Game Parlay (SGP) participation rate

Improve parlay revenue contribution to total GGR A/B Testing Impact: +5% uplift in key campaign metrics Execution Efficiency: >95% on-time campaign delivery

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred) 510 years of experience in sports betting / online gaming (PIGO) Proven expertise in sportsbook CRM, in-app campaigns, and parlay / accumulator product mechanics Strong understanding of sportsbook trading concepts (odds, margins, liabilities) preferred Strong analytical and commercial mindset focused on ROI and revenue growth Hands-on experience with CRM tools, bonus engines, and campaign platforms Deep understanding of player lifecycle, VIP management, and sportsbook monetization Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

Experience managing Same-Game Parlay (SGP) products and campaigns Exposure to sportsbook trading or risk team collaboration Knowledge of parlay liability management and bonus risk controls Experience in multi-market or international sportsbook operations Familiarity with real-time odds systems and live betting campaigns

Salary and Benefits

Salary Offer: PHP 120,000 PHP 150,000

Work Hours: 9 hours/day 6 days per week 4 days off per month
