Talent Management Senior Manager, Taguig

Job Summary:

Owns the overall Talent management function, including strategy, revenue targets, team direction, influencer/talent network growth, and performance standards. Leads the department to deliver measurable business results through influencer campaigns, talent commercialization, and relationship management.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience: 7 to 10 yrs in influencer marketing, talent management, media, entertainment, or digital marketing. At least 5 yrs in a leadership or managerial role handling teams, revenue, targets, and strategic planning
3. Proven track record in driving revenue through influencer campaigns, brand partnerships, and talent commercialization
4. Strong experience in KPI designs, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making (pipeline, conversion, ROI, retention metrics)

Competencies:

Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator economy trends, and digital campaign performance metrics (engagement net rate, reach, CTR, CPM, etc.)

Experience in pricing strategy, commercial packaging, and contract negotiation for influencers/talents.

Strong network within the influencer, talent, agency, and media ecosystem is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability in market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.

Proven leadership skills in team building, coaching, and performance management.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (Creative, Production, Legal, Finance, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle escalations and high-risk situations.

Experience in developing SOPs, workflow, and operational systems for efficiency.

High level of professionalism, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
