1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop annual and quarterly social media strategies, including content direction, topic framework, and media planning. Align social strategy with overall brand and business objectives.

2. Content Development

Ensure all content has a clear, consistent style (tone, writing, visuals, and videos) and is posted regularly at a high quality.

Create a clear method for making viral content, and build a list of content ideas and simple step-by-step guidelines for the team to follow.

3. Account Growth & Operations

Responsible for key results such as growing followers, increasing likes/comments/shares, improving video watch time, keeping users coming back, and turning followers into customers.

Plan and run marketing campaigns, use trending topics, create hashtag challenges, and work with other brands on joint campaigns to increase attention and engagement.

4. Influencer / KOL Management

Build and manage an influencer database.

Responsible for influencer screening, negotiation, campaign execution, and ROI analysis.

5. Data & Performance Analysis

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.

Continuously optimize content and paid media strategies based on data insights.

6. Public Sentiment & Reputation Management

Monitor brand sentiment and public opinion.

Respond promptly to negative feedback and manage brand reputation effectively.
