Job Description

  • Aligns business objectives with employees and management, acting as a strategic consultant on human capital, organizational design, talent management and ISO Integrated Management System
  • Key responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing complex employee relations, driving performance, implementing change initiatives to improve business performance, ESG and managing ISO integrated management system
  • To provide expert HR advice and guidance to Line Managers, Supervisors and Staff of NMPC
  • Train, coach, support and offer guidance to all stakeholders on the application of HR policies, company RR, employee handbook and IMS
  • Deliver key initiatives across the HRGA spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, benefits and reward system, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
  • Manages and implement IMS & Nipros code of conduct
  • Spearhead internal audit team, risk management team, health & safety team
  • Analyze trends from people metrics to lead and influence decision-making across business areas
  • Work closely with managers, HR generalist with regards to workforce planning and the development of resource plans
  • Support job evaluation exercises and undertake job evaluations as part of a panel as required
  • To actively promote health and well-being of all personnel
  • Facilitate the learning & development activity and professional development of personnel in relation to employees' role and function
  • Collaborate with dept. managers on CSR projects and company activities
  • Align HR practices such as recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement with Nipros ESG goals, reducing risks and improving reputation

Social Responsibility (Social)

  • Focuses on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, human rights, and building a purpose-driven NMPC workplace

Talent Strategy & Acquisition

  • Attracts and retains talent by incorporating Nipros sustainability values and ESG-focused roles to recruitment with proper collaboration with HR generalist

Policy & Compliance (Governance)

  • Develops ethical, transparent, and fair policies with ESG targets

Cultural Transformation

  • Embeds ESG into NMPCs culture, fostering a responsible leadership mindset and encouraging sustainable behaviors

Performance Metrics

  • Tracks and reports on HR-related ESG data, such as diversity ratios and employee health metrics, to improve transparency

Other Duties

  • To complete any other duties commensurate with the role and function
