Property Engineer, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Monitors building utilities (electricity, water, LPG) and prepares monthly consumption reports.
• Inspects and maintains the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the building and its surroundings.
• Trains and guides new engineers and technicians on building operations and maintenance.
• Addresses tenants facility-related concerns and coordinates necessary corrective actions.
• Implements and oversees emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Conducts routine building inspections and prepares related reports.
• Ensures all facilities comply with company ISO 9001 standards, regulations, and applicable building codes.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role (preferably in office or commercial buildings).
• Experience in tenant relations is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
