Human Resource Coordinator, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate personnel requisition vs. the approved manpower plantilla
• Sourcing and hiring of applicants
• Conduct preliminary interview, evaluate, endorse, and schedule qualified applicants for series of interviews with Operations Manager and Clients HR
• Administer, score, and interpret pre-employment examination of applicants
• Conduct Background Investigation (BI) of prospective applicants and inform management of any derogatory findings
• Conduct orientation for newly hired members
• Monitor members status including transfer and rotation, promotion, resignation, and termination
• Monitor the status of separated members
• Conduct exit interview of resigned members for the purpose of providing management with resignation data
• Process members separation clearance
• Maintain and safekeep accurate record of members profile including 201 file (currently deployed) and Background Investigation Report
• Daily attendance monitoring edit via Touchlink
• Update manpower plantilla on a weekly basis
• Preparation of time summary
• Submit Touch Link report to the client
• Assist member payslip thru online
• Assist members to avail benefits
• Conduct monthly performance evaluation with clients
• Issue disciplinary actions
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
