what youll do

• Execute provider and partner acquisition strategies, building pipelines and closing partnerships with service providers and industry groups
• Support B2B growth by prospecting corporate clients, preparing proposals, and assisting in closing and managing service agreements
• Conduct market research and assist in expansion efforts by identifying new locations, opportunities, and building local supply
• Maintain acquisition pipelines, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives

What were looking for

• 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in a marketplace, gig platform, or tech startup
• Proven ability to close deals and build revenue-generating partnerships
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including engaging enterprise clients
• Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools and pipeline management, plus a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
