Bilingual Sales Specialist (Spanish and English), Taguig

Responsibility

• Represents the company with a strong understanding of its products and services while identifying client needs and aligning appropriate solutions to meet those requirements.
• Leads the recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation of sales teams, ensuring performance targets are met and continuously improving team capabilities and sales effectiveness.
• Develops and executes strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and understanding of market needs.
• Monitors and analyzes sales performance data, tracks key metrics, and uses insights to forecast growth, improve profitability, and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversees daily sales operations, including setting goals, conducting team check-ins, resolving customer and staffing issues, and ensuring quotas and standards are consistently achieved.
• Reviews operational and financial reports, manages closing processes, and ensures smooth coordination of sales activities to support overall business objectives.
• Demonstrates B2 level language proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in spoken Spanish, supporting client interactions and business expansion.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma or bachelors degree in marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Economics, or any related business field, ensuring a strong foundation in business principles.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience is required, demonstrating the ability to meet targets, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Must have at least B2 level Spanish language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Spanish to support client interactions and business expansion.
