Description
Responsibilities
  • Maintenance & Operations: Oversee building repairs, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring, and implementing, preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external contractors, janitorial services, and vendors.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations. Oversee security systems, key control, and emergency action plans.
  • Administrative Support: Manage facilities requests via helpdesk systems, manage space planning, and assist with budget preparation for facility upgrades.
  • Office Support: Coordinate office moves, inventory office supplies, and support meeting setup. Betterteam


Job Requirements
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, tenants, and contractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle emergency maintenance issues under pressure.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building management systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and facilities management software.
