Location: World Plaza, BGC Taguig

Arbeit Group Philippines is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our growing team. If you are passionate about HR operations and administration, we'd love to hear from you!

Support day-to-day HR administrative operations

Maintain and update employee records and HR database

Assist recruitment process including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidates

Prepare employment contracts, onboarding, and HR-related documents

Support onboarding and offboarding process

Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet administration

Assist payroll and employee benefits administration

Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures

Prepare HR reports and maintain HR filing systems

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Minimum 13 years experience as HR Admin or HR Support role

Familiar with HRIS and HR administrative processes

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

Willing to work onsite at World Plaza, BGC Taguig
