Marketing Officer, Taguig

Main Office: 4th Floor Moma Building, 33 Polaris St., Brgy. Bel-Air, Makati City

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Tuesday - Saturday)

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of experience in marketing, PR, hospitality, or project management
• Strong interest in fine dining and the Philippine food industry
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
• Confident communicator with strong writing skills
• Willing to work evenings/weekends when required for events

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media channels across assigned brands
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning
• Conceptualize content that maintains brand relevance while subtly supporting key revenue categories (tasting menus, wine pairings, private dining, cocktails)
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creatives
• Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports

2. PR & Industry Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with media, tastemakers, and industry partners
• Coordinate press tastings, hostings, and private previews
• Curate guest lists with strategic intent
• Represent the brand professionally during events and on-ground activations

3. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare decks, presentations, and performance summaries
• Assist in budget tracking and documentation
• Support coordination of marketing materials and supplier requirements
