Responsibilities

Build and maintain harmonious relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the features of our products and services.
Deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Follow up on progress billing payment to the client
Collaborate with the Design Department, Costing Department, Installation Group, and Fabrication Department to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities even after sales
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
Good Critical thinking
Know how to set priorities
Other tasks as may be assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Aluminum and Glass industry is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Can work independently and as part of a group
Willing to travel to meet a possible client
Can drive 4 wheels, and having your vehicle is an advantage
