Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers throughout the purchasing process by delivering friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. They help customers find suitable products, and ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience while supporting overall store sales.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Recommend and cross-sell products to enhance the shopping experience
• Explain product features, benefits, and proper usage, including setup and operation
• Process transactions at the cashier (cash, card, or digital payments)
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Restock shelves and ensure proper product displays
• Promote special sales, offers, store loyalty programs, credit cards, and events
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and store policies
