Senior Vendor Specialist, Taguig

Role Summary

The Senior Vendor Specialist drives the development and optimization of the companys vendor ecosystem, ensuring high-quality, competitive, and reliable suppliers while creating measurable value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and optimize the vendor base to support business needs and growth
• Lead vendor sourcing and market exploration to identify capable and competitive suppliers
• Manage and improve vendor performance, quality, and compliance
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and value delivery
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on vendor-related decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, strategic sourcing, and risk mitigation
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management
• Experience in managing large SKUs is preferred, with background in FMCG and/or manufacturing is highly advantageous
• Strong sourcing, negotiation flair, and stakeholder management skills
