  3. Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

  8. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness
  9. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  10. Support basic documentation and filing tasks
  11. Assist in office coordination and daily operations
  12. Office Coordination
  13. Liaise with internal teams (Admin, Security, Housekeeping) for smooth operations
  14. Monitor reception area cleanliness and organization
  15. Ensure all front desk supplies are well-stocked
  16. Customer Service
  17. Provide accurate information to employees and visitors
  18. Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  19. Key Results Area (KRAs)
  20. Ensure professional front desk operations by welcoming visitors, managing registrations, and maintaining a positive first impression at all times.
  21. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, ensuring accurate message taking and timely communication to relevant parties.
  22. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly prepared, clean, and ready for use.
  23.  Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documents, ensuring accurate recording and timely distribution.
  24. Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable reception area at all times, coordinating with housekeeping and security when necessary.
  25.  Ensure proper visitor access control by following company security procedures and coordinating with building administration when required.
  26.  Maintain accurate records and documentation, including visitor logs, delivery records, and administrative tracking systems.
  27. Provide administrative support for daily office operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Admin team.
  28. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards in all front desk and administrative activities.
  29. Demonstrate strong customer service, professionalism, and adaptability in handling various situations, including high visitor volume and urgent requests.
  30.  Qualifications and Experience
  31.  Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  32.  At least 12 years of experience in receptionist / admin role
  33.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  34.  Presentable, professional appearance
  35. Key Competencies and Skills
