Position: Sales/Purchasing Officer

Industry: IT Company

Location: Makati City

Salary: Php18,000-Php25,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Set up: Onsite

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• With 1-3 years of experience in trading company
• With 1-3 years of experience in procurement
• Amenable to attend one day face to face interview in Makati
• Can work in Contractual Based (12 months)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and supplier coordination (local and international), ensuring smooth communication and transaction flow
• Manage procurement and sales processes, including sourcing, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate and monitor local and overseas shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Support procurement activities, including supplier accreditation, price negotiation, and cost comparison
