JOB DETAILS:

Work Setup: Onsite

Training: Night Shift

Production/Operations: Day Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Review patient medical records and documentation

Assign accurate diagnosis codes based on medical records (ICD codes)

Ensure compliance with risk adjustment coding guidelines and standards

Identify and capture all relevant chronic and acute conditions

Maintain high accuracy and productivity in coding tasks

Work with internal teams to clarify documentation when needed

Adhere to client and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Active PHRN License

With Medical Coding License (CPC, CCS, etc.)

At least 1 year Risk Adjustment Coding experience (Clinical / BPO / CPO setting)

Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines

Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
