Job Title: Staff Accountant / Sr. Staff Accountant

Work Setup: Hybrid (After Training)

Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Accounting professionals to support corporate finance operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting in month-end closing activities.

Ideal candidates should have strong accounting fundamentals, good analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Maintain and update financial records
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Support balance sheet and profit & loss analysis
• Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams on accounting requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 25 years of accounting experience (depending on level)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience in general accounting and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good communication skills
• CPA is an advantage but not required
