Job Summary

Owns the overall Talent & Influencer Operations function, including strategy, revenue targets, team direction, influencer/talent network growth, and performance standards. Leads the department to deliver measurable business results through influencer campaigns, talent commercialization, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Operations (Online Entry Points / Traffic Acquisition)

  • Manage and optimize accounts and/or account matrices across key platforms such as [Telegram, Viber, FB, etc.], and build stable traffic entry points
  • Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end user journey, improving visit rate, lead capture rate, and conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain channel attribution and tracking, monitor funnel metrics, and iterate based on data (impressions engagement clicks visits sign-ups/leads/bets).
  • Establish channel SOPs and a recurring performance review process: topic selection strategy, publishing cadence, viral content analysis, distribution tactics, and compliance with platform rules and traffic policies.

Revenue Planning & Commercial Enablement

Own the monetization engine for influencer and talent partnerships by translating business targets into sellable packages, pricing logic, and revenue plans. Ensure the teams daily execution directly contributes to measurable income outcomes through structured offers, clear commercial terms, and scalable partnership models.

  • Turn revenue targets into clear monetization plans across campaigns, endorsements, live activations, and talent growth opportunities.
  • Approve commercial packages and pricing logic (by tier, format, usage rights, exclusivity, and add-ons) to standardize how the team sells.
  • Set revenue expectations by talent/influencer segment and monitor actuals; intervene early when performance gaps appear.
  • Guide upsell and renewal strategy (expanded deliverables, extended usage, new formats, partner expansion) to increase lifetime value.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking

Keep the company competitive by continuously tracking creator trends, rate benchmarks, platform shifts, and competitor moves. Translate market signals into smarter sourcing, pricing guidance, content direction, and investment decisions.

  • Track creator market dynamics (pricing, platform changes, emerging formats, competitor moves) and convert insights into sourcing and commercial guidance.
  • Maintain updated rate benchmarks and negotiation guardrails to protect cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and validate emerging creators/categories worth investing in; steer pipeline expansion accordingly.
  • Provide market intelligence summaries to leadership to inform planning and resource allocation.

Influencer/Talent Pipeline & Network Growth

Build a strong and sustainable roster of influencers and talents to support always-on needs and peak campaigns. Ensure the pipeline is healthy, diverse, and aligned to brand fit, performance potential, and risk standards.

  • Set direction for sourcing, screening, recruitment, and tiering to maintain a healthy, scalable roster.
  • Define talent evaluation standards (brand fit, audience quality, performance potential, professionalism, risk profile).
  • Ensure roster coverage is balanced across categories and campaign needs; manage capacity planning to avoid under/over-supply.
  • Approve priority talent selections and long-term development focus.

Partnerships & External Relationship Leadership

Expand business impact through strong relationships with influencers, agencies, platforms, and industry partners. Secure collaboration opportunities that increase reach, reduce cost, and unlock new revenue channels.

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key influencers, agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Lead or approve negotiations for major engagements and long-term partnership structures.
  • Initiate collaboration opportunities that unlock growth (platform support, co-marketing, creator community access, new channels).
  • Step in to resolve high-risk relationship issues and protect brand reputation when escalations occur.

Campaign & Talent Allocation Governance

Ensure the right talent is assigned to the right project at the right time, balancing business priorities, brand fit, scheduling, and performance expectations. Prevent conflicts and ensure readiness before activation.

  • Lead campaign-to-talent allocation planning to ensure best-fit deployment against business priorities and partner needs.
  • Approve high-impact talent assignments and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource clashes across projects.
  • Ensure execution readiness before activation (briefs locked, deliverables clear, timelines confirmed, compliance requirements understood).
  • Align allocation decisions with Creative/Production/Project Management to reduce rework and missed deadlines.

Performance Standards, Quality & Compliance Governance

Protect brand reputation and improve outcomes by setting clear standards for influencer/talent behavior, content quality, deliverables, and compliance. Ensure consistent enforcement and strong escalation handling.

  • Set standards for output quality, brand alignment, conversion quality, and influencer/talent conduct.
  • Establish governance for deliverables verification, disclosure rules, platform policy adherence, and payment eligibility criteria.
  • Lead escalation handling for PR, compliance, or behavior issues and approve mitigation actions.
  • Review recurring risks and strengthen preventive controls through SOP updates and enforcement.

SOPs, Tools & Operating System

Build a scalable operating system that makes influencer/talent operations predictable, efficient, and measurable. Standardize workflows, documentation, trackers, and internal service standards.

  • Build SOPs and templates that standardize sourcing, onboarding, handling, performance tracking, and payment evidence collection.
  • Enforce documentation discipline and tracker accuracy across the team.
  • Improve internal tools/playbooks to increase speed, consistency, and scalability of execution.
  • Drive process improvements based on performance data and team feedback.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Internal Alignment

Ensure influencer/talent work is aligned with content strategy, production readiness, project timelines, and partner expectations. Act as the leadership bridge across departments to remove blockers and maintain momentum.

  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Production, and Project Management to align campaign needs, timelines, and execution readiness.
  • Coordinate with Legal/Finance/Support on contracts, compliance documentation, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure clean handoffs, clear ownership, and decision clarity across workflow stages.
  • Lead alignment meetings and resolve cross-team blockers that threaten delivery.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Build a high-performing team through clear role design, coaching, and accountability. Strengthen capability in sourcing, handling, performance management, negotiation readiness and execution descipline.

  • Design the team structure and role clarity needed to meet scaling targets.
  • Coach and develop supervisors and senior staff to strengthen leadership maturity and execution discipline.
  • Identify capability gaps and drive hiring/training plans to close them.
  • Set performance expectations and review outcomes regularly to maintain accountability and standards.
