Description

The service delivery lead oversees the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, update, and support of all projects and on-premise infrastructure systems of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With strong background in Project Management preferably from a construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate site teams, combined with excellent communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction firm.
  •  Ability to analyze metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and make data-driven decisions. 

Responsibilities:

> Manage the delivery of high quality service & support for Production application support.

> Manage end to end operational focus - Application, Infrastructure Support, Operational Costs & Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Incident, and Problem & Service Level Management.

> Tool consolidation & re-engineering to fit for the operations needs and/or company strategy.

> Diagnose and formulate remediation plan arising from critical production issues.

> People development and coaching, high performance leadership and motivation of team members.
